Technische Daten
- Arbeitsfläche: 400x400mm (eher 420x420mm)
- Laser Leistung: 50Watt max.
- Laser Röhre: IR/CO2, Wasserkühlung
- Importformate: Schneiden dxf, Gravieren png, jpg, bmp
- Gravieren: 300dpi scanmode
- Schneiden: 5mm Sperrholz, 6-7mm Acryl, 4-5mm Papkartoon etc.
RFA Lazor Howto
Boot the Lazor
- Apply Safty Glasses (if avail)
- Power up Water Pump
- Power up Ventilation
- Turn Lazor Power down (Carves regulation to CCW)
- Turn on the Lasor (check power cord, flip "End Switch")
- Check Ventilation and Water Pump
Material
- Alignment for objects is from left to right and from top to bottom
- Try to align to the left most Position (X Axes end stop)
- Use flat Material only!
- No Materials with Chlorine! (Make Fire test to check)
Before Fire
- Dobble check 'Move Frame' or 'Move Rect' before fire!
- DON'T USE 'DRAW FRAME' or 'DRAW RECT' (buggy)
- Shout "Fire the Lazor!" when ready
During Fire
- If you see flames, somethings wrong! (add more Fan power or stop Process)
- Don't look into plasma! (this is what you see glowing)
- Don't look the into beam with remaining eye
- When Job is done, keep Lid closed for a few more seconds.
