This is less of a "project" but a piece of hardware that fell of the internet, sort of a seed, that might evolve into one or the other project.

Aipermon Bluetooth Modem HB300, found at Pollin for 1 € (190 left according to roh).
PCB
As on can infer from the 4th image, where the shielding of the bluetooth module has been removed, the ICs on module are:
- BC417 CSR Single Chip Bluetooth v2.0+EDR System (datasheet)
- CSR29308 (?)
BC417 Block diagram:
As the post on mikrocontroller.net points out, there is a similarity of pinouts to the BTM112.
